H1N1 Clinic at Gilbert High School

On Friday, November 20, you should have received a letter and information pertaining to the H1N1 Flu Vaccine Clinic that is tentatively scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2009. Please return your permission letter on Tuesday, November 24 so that we will know how much vaccine we will need on that day. All permission forms can be sent to Mrs. Ruth Lepir, our registered nurse.
